Please find any sizing guidelines below the descriptions of each product. 

In the search bar, insert the name of the item, product type or brand. The item will appear immediately.

Delivery

The tracking number will be sent to you once the parcel has been shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes unless it is in regards to your address. 

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact the carrier which is in possession of the product directly. If you find yourself with more issues, please send us an e-mail through this form.

Shipping and payment

Yes. PayPal payments are usually debited within a few minutes.

If you prefer not to create an account, then select the option ‘I Don’t have a PayPal account’ and enter your card details and confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.

If you decide to return an item, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. If you have paid as a guest on PayPal, it will be reimbursed to your bank account. 

Yes! Most of the credit cards are accepted. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any issues with the processing.

We ship worldwide. 

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Depending on the brand and your chosen product, it takes more or less time. You can find more information in the product description section.

If there are any issues or delays with your shipment, please contact us immediately. 

Shippings over 100€ are free, otherwise there will be expenses which are specified in the shipping & return below a specific product. Upon check-out, all of the information will be displayed again.

Please contact us, If there are any issues with the quality of the item. Every feedback is important to us, so that we deliver the value we have promised. 

Depending on the brand we do offer returns. Please find more information in the product description and in the Returns & Refund Policies. However, we do not accept cancellations. 

Please contact us, if there are issues with the quantities you have ordered. 

You will be notified immediately (by e-mail) once the refund has been processed.

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank and location.
