In the search bar, insert the name of the item, product type or brand. The item will appear immediately. 

We are Swiss and located in the beautiful canton Zurich!

Once an item has sold out, it may not be restocked. Please note that many items are available for only a short period of time and that it all depends on the brands availability. 

However, we do normally restock our best-sellers. Suscribe to our newsletter to keep yourself updated or write us an email at [email protected] and we'll be able to give you more information about a specific product.

No. An account is not required to place an order. However, if a return is required for an item then you will need create an account under the email address used to make the original purchase.

We do offer gift wrapping. If you wish to make a request, please feel free to contact us about the given matter, with your order number and desired customisation.

Payment

Yes. PayPal payments are usually debited within a few minutes.

If you prefer not to create an account, then select the option ‘I Don’t have a PayPal account’ and enter your card details and confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.

If you decide to return an item, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. If you have paid as a guest on PayPal, it will be reimbursed to your bank account. 

Yes! Most of the credit cards are accepted. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any issues with the processing.

Yes. All of your payments are being secured by our operating systems and trusted partners. 

Covid-19

OASEAS fulfillment center remains open, so you can continue to shop online. Our orders will be processed as usual.

Our delivery times remain the same. It’s however important to note that there may be a delay on items shipping directly from our partners.

If any unexpected delays occur, we will make sure to notify you as soon as possible.

OASEAS is abiding by the safety guidelines recommended by the BAG and government orders from Switzerland.

Employees are practicing social distancing (at least 2m) and wearing protective masks. This, also whilst packaging orders.

Your health and wellbeing, as well as that of our workers, remain of highest priority for OASEAS.

Gift Cards

No. Gift cards cannot expire, be cancelled, refunded or be exchanged for cash. 

Purchases made with gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.

Please enter the term "Gift cards" in the search bar and you'll be able to find it displayed like an item.

Once you have chosen the appropriate one, you can purchase it by selecting the card and making the payment the same way it works for our apparel.

Yes. We currently offer 3 types of gift cards:

2. Special Gift Card (50.-)

3. Happy B-Day Gift Card (50.-)

Yes. You can add as many giftcards you want to your shopping basket.
