Free shipping across Switzerland for all orders above CHF 150. For all orders under CHF 150, the cost of shipping will be CHF 10. 

Shipping in the EU: Free above CHF 150-200, depending on the fulfillment party. Under CHF 150-200 different fees may apply. 

Shipping outside of the EU: Free above 250 CHF. Under 250 CHF different tariffs may apply. 

Returns & Redirections are free of charge in Switzerland. Returns in the EU: 30 CHF fixed rate. Redirection of parcel: 40 CHF fixed rate. Outside of the EU: Returns 30 CHF fixed rate. Redirection of parcel: 45 CHF fixed rate. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. If after our inspection the product will result in its original condition, not used/worn nor washed, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product within 3 to 15 business days.
